What the work looks like

What the work looks like

What the work looks like

Investors decide faster when the numbers answer their questions before they ask. We prepare the financial side of your raise: a model that ties to the deck, the metrics investors at your stage expect, a data room organized the way diligence teams read it, and a Q&A log so every answer is consistent.

Preparation takes six to eight weeks for a typical round. We start by reading your numbers the way an investor’s analyst will, list what they are likely to question and fix the gaps first. Then we build the model and the metrics pages, stock the data room and rehearse the finance conversation with you. During the live process we handle financial diligence requests, usually within one business day.

We do not introduce investors, negotiate terms or give securities or legal advice. Your counsel handles term sheets and closing documents, and any licensed placement advisor you hire handles outreach. We make sure the numbers underneath all of it hold up.
